GENERAL TALK
WHAT TYPE OF PHOTOGRAPHY DO YOU EDIT?
We edit all kinds of portrait photography including weddings, engagements, families, corporate, boudoir and more!
We will soon be expanding our services beyond portraits.
WHAT IS THE GENERAL START TO FINISH PROCESS?
The process begins with you culling what you want edited, applying your preset (if applicable) and creating a smart preview catalog. Once you are done your catalog you simply zip and upload it to the Google Drive folder we supplied you with. We will then send you a few samples for feedback. When approved you will receive an invoice and once paid, the entire editing will begin.
From there, feedback can be received and the remainder of the editing process can take place. Once complete, the returned catalog is uploaded into the Google Drive.
IS IT FREE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Absolutely – no commitment necessary! And once you do create an account, you’ll be able to explore a whole bunch of options.

WHAT DOES THE EDIT INCLUDE?
We complete a basic edit to your images including the following:
Exposure
White Balance/Temperature/Tint
Contrast
Highlights/Shadows
Blacks/Whites
Sharpening/Noise Reduction - Client Specified
Image Straightening/Cropping

DO YOU OFFER MORE ADVANCED EDITING?
Absolutely. We however offer it on a client specific basis.
Please contact us regarding a quote if you require more extensive editing.
HOW FAST IS THE TURNAROUND?
Our goal is have your job complete within 10 business days from received payment.
Generally you job is completed sooner, though if the work extends beyond the estimated time we will contact and discuss it with you directly.
HOW DO YOU REPLICATEÂ MY STYLE?
When you create an account with Wild Coast Collective and take our questionnaire, we’ll use your information to best duplicate your style. When you build your catalog with smart previews you will also be applying your preset which keeps your style consistent. We also welcome you sharing galleries, your website, and or specific examples.
CAN I GIVE FEEDBACK OR REQUEST REVISIONS?
Absolutely! We provide you with a feedback form to let us know what we did right and what we could improve on.
This being a collaborative effort we believe good communication is key and will be in constant contact if there are any questions or concerns.

TECHNICAL TALK
HOWÂ TECHNICAL DO I HAVE TO BE TO USE YOUR SERVICE?
All you have to be able to do is export a Lightroom catalog with smart previews and upload to a WCC Client folder that we will share with you.
In order to be able to create a catalog with smart previews you need to be using Adobe Lightroom 5, 6 or CC.
We give you step by step directions on how to complete the entire process.

HOW DO I PREPARE MY FILES?
Once you submit your completed new job submission we provide you with a helpful guide on how to prepare your files.
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY FILES?
AÂ WCC Client Folder via Google Drive service will be provided once confirmed as a client.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
Once confirmed as a WCC client your files upon completion will be found in you client specific Google Drive folder.
Due to space constraints your files will remain in the drive for 1 month. Please download them and store immediately after job completion.
