INTRODUCTION - GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Welcome! We begin with a questionnaire that gives us a better understanding of your editing style and the specific jobs we will be collaborating on. If necessary we are welcome to a Zoom or Skype call to best get to know you and your business. In addition we love to receive example photos, galleries or catalogs to help us understand your style. For your first couple jobs we will work closely with you to get feedback on what we're doing well and what needs improvement till we perfect things.
Once committed to using our services we create and share with you a WCCÂ Client Folder via Google Drive. This is where you will upload, see samples and download your completed jobs.
PREPARE YOUR IMAGES
To prepare your images its really quite easy! We use catalogs and smart previews in our work flow. If you are not familiar we supply you with step by step instructions or are happy to have an online call to go over the process. Within that process you will apply your preset to allow us to stick to your style in the editing process. Once your catalog is exported you zip the Smart Previews with the Lightroom Catalog and upload the file into your ‘Upload’ folder in the WCC Client Folder we have shared with you.
Fill out the ‘New Edit Job’ form on our website and add any notes you have for the editing job.
ORDER
Once we receive the new job form from you, we will edit a sample set of images from your submitted catalog within 48 hours. We then upload it into the sample of your WCC client folder for review. You can review and give feedback to us on these samples.
Once we receive feedback we will complete the entire final edit within 10 business days of the upload and payment being completed
DELIVERY
When we have completed your edits your catalog with smart previews will be re-exported and uploaded to your personalized Google Drive folder. Additionally we will email you the download link with notes regarding the job. Often notes will include references to flagged images that have issues do to straightening or cropping.
Once downloaded it is recommended to import your edits into your existing catalog. It will not effect the negatives only change the edits to what we have completed.
